Do you consume information but fail to act on it?
Mark Cuban, the billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the Dallas Mavericks said: “Every hour your customers are awake you should sell and when they’re asleep you should sharpen your sword”.
What he meant by that is every valuable hour that your ideal prospect is in the office and is in work mode that is when you should be reaching out to them, talking to them, emailing them, and setting up meetings and selling. That is the only metric that is going to move your business forward.
In a real estate investing business knowing what windows of the day your ideal seller or buyer is most active, receptive, and responsive to your advertising will give you the slight edge in your marketplace.
And then when they’re “asleep”, that’s the time when you can’t possibly can’t engage with your ideal prospect, or not the most effective time. That is when you learn. That is when you do the reading of books, online courses, and just sharpening your skills, so that you’re competitive.
